CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
Scott Bandoni was excellent in every regard. He was a consummate professional and a true pleasure to work with. He originally helped my parents buy the home seven years prior and they loved him! Scott treated my parents like family including checking on them during the pandemic. When my father passed, my stepmother immediately insisted that we find Scott and have him help us out. She was absolutely right! I would go out of my way to recommend him to anyone needing a broker. Thank you Scott for all you did to help our family at a difficult time.

Scott [takes] his role in local real estate seriously but he's never taken himself too seriously. This mindset was exactly
what we were looking for in a broker. From initial consultation through closing, Scott was great to work with. He communicated every step of the way, set clear expectations, and produced the desired results. We laughed plenty together along the way and that certainly helped take some of the stress out of some of the more challenging hurdles. I'd recommend that you trust Scott with the sale of, and/or the purchase of your home. He has great local and real estate knowledge, an awesome network of resources and he's a real pleasure to work with.
Jeff & Julie Kurtz, Edwards [ listing and purchase of subsequent home ]
Scott is an outstanding real estate broker. He knows the Vail Valley so intricately after living here for so many years. He has a professional, friendly, patient and approachable work ethic and personality. His attention to detail and frequent communication built a strong trust between us, especially my husband who is not easy to win over. We met Scott at an open house. We had never met before. For the purpose of educating us, we spent a day with Scott looking at properties in various areas of Edwards. After spending the day together, we knew that Scott was the realtor we wanted to help us with our transition from nearly 40 years owning a vacation home in Vail to finding a forever full- time home in the Edwards area. Scott also helped us sell our Vail home. As stressful as real estate transactions have the potential to be, he was expert at smoothing out the wrinkles. Our two property transactions closed within two weeks of each other. Mission accomplished. Thank you, Scott!
Pam Hess, Evanston, IL [ listing and purchase of subsequent home ]
Scott was a great communicator. He knows Beaver Creek like the back of his hand and he did an outstanding job helping us get clear about which area of the resort we wanted to be in. Scott kept everything moving once we made an offer and was extremely helpful in educating us about every aspect of the contract. We feel like we not only bought our dream house but made a life long friend in the process!"
J. Brandeberry, Denver [ purchase]
I'm so glad that Scott Bandoni was recommended to me by a trusted friend. He is true professional, going out of his way to make the entire purchasing process, the gold standard of excellence.
I really appreciated his sense of humor during stressful moments. His knowledge of the Denver area neighborhoods really helped us make decisions, fun and easy. While I was not looking forward to the task of finding an apartment for our daughter, Scott turned the journey into a series of delightful learning and teaching moments. Thank you Scott!"
Krista Elrick, Sante Fe, NM [ purchase]
Scott made himself available to show us houses when we were up for ski weekends. His knowledge of the Vail valley was crucial to us narrowing down a place for our ski home. We ended up somewhere that we didn't even know existed and it is the perfect fit! Once we were in negotiations, his detail oriented research was a perfect match for us. Everything was professional, matter of fact and done in our favor.
Caren & Per Berger, Denver, CO [ purchase ]
We could not have worked with a better realtor than Scott Bandoni. We started our moving process from California to Colorado, two years before the purchase of our home in Louisville, CO. Scott showed extreme patience with us. Two years prior to our purchase, we flew to Colorado and Scott showed us several areas around Boulder. That allowed us to have a feel for what was out there, and what the prices were for the various areas. He was very approachable and professional. Then a year before we purchased our home, we put our house in California on the market. Scott shadowed us by communicating regularly. We found it to be easy to use email, the internet and the phone as we did most of our work this way. He sent us market information and occasionally an article about the area. Over the two years, Scott sent photos and videos of the houses we were interested in. We really trusted the person "on the other end". At no time, did we ever feel any pressure to move quicker than we could. We don't know if there are many realtors out there who would invest so much time with potential buyers. He made the purchase process, which was long distance, very easy for us. We put our trust in him and he delivered.
The best part of this process was getting to know a bit about Scott. He is a real person, with interests and knowledge of this area. Some realtors are interested in just the sale, but Scott took his time with us and ensured we would find a place that makes us happy and fits our life style. This makes him stand out in our eyes. We've had previous experience with buying and selling a couple of homes, and our time with him was extraordinary. We feel we can always drop him an email to find a good reference for a restaurant or other need. So, I guess you could simply say he is now a friend.

"Scott was one of the best realtors my wife and I have ever worked with. He took two Oklahomans and made sure that we felt at home in Colorado from start to finish. We are thankful for his willingness to go above and beyond."
D. Wright, Tulsa [ listing and purchase of subsequent home ]
"Working with Realtors in other cities helps me realize how good you really are at what you do."

‘I have never had a real estate broker quite like you. It’s too bad!’

‘You were more like a partner than a broker over these last few months. I very much appreciate all of your time and effort in getting this deal done.’

Scott, Hard to believe that we have owned our townhome in Beaver Creek for over a year. It has truly become our happy place. While I was adamant at the start of the search that as a real estate attorney I did not need a broker, I am so glad that we had you to represent us and help us through the mountain buying process. I have already recommended you to friends that are considering buying homes in Beaver Creek and Boulder, so be on the lookout for the calls! Thanks For Everything

In 1994, I acquired my real estate license and joined Prudential Colorado Properties in Beaver Creek Village. In 2010 they became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices as they are known today. In 2016, after eighteen fantastic years with them, I transitioned to LIV Sotheby's International Realty which has offices in Beaver Creek Village and Boulder -among others throughout Colorado.
I have been and continue to be a top producer regardless of the brokerage name. I have been a Top 5 of 100+ brokers several times and No.1 of 100+ company-brokers in 2007. I spent three years as an elected Member Director of the Vail Board Of Realtors.
Accolades or awards are only mentioned out of necessity I understand no one really wants to do business with a rookie - or someone who is not expert. Mentioning sales volume provides some evidence of that but the reality is, quantity means absolutely nothing without quality. That is why you will never see me putting up numbers like the top twenty brokers in the Vail Valley. That's not for me and it may not be for you, Have you seen the movie, Jerry Maguire ?
Most importantly, I am a well regarded guy who brokers want to do business with. And that is integral in helping you accomplish your goals. In the process of buying and selling, cooperating with other brokers is a critical part of every transaction and that helps you tremendously.

I grew up in the Boston suburb of Burlington. I had an idyllic life of family, friends, schools and sports. Skiing was the only activity I couldn’t do in Middesex County so I got used to driving around New England. I frequently hit the slopes of New Hampshire and Vermont but the game changer was Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine. Its’ ski village was just enough to make me feel like I was in a secluded, winter wonderland. Granted, any place pouring hot chocolate or cold beer feels special after four hours of frozen New England roads. Skiing the ‘Loaf straight through high school and college caused me fall in love with skiing…and the mountains.
When an opportunity to spend a winter in Beaver Creek came up in 1992, I took it. Two months in, I met a girl. Five months after that, I learned how to fly-fish. I was hooked on the girl, fishing, and summer time in the Vail Valley. That girl and I got married at the Beaver Creek chapel and I soon gave up fishing for biking.
After a few years in guest services and teaching skiing at the Beav', I got my real estate license. It seems like I haven't worked a day in my life since. Helping people buy homes in Colorado is helping them discover what I discovered in 1992. "I found my smile in Colorado" and I try to help others do the same.
